All and any information you enter on one of the pages may be accessible by general public and third parties. We do our best to determine what kind of information should not be shown, however YOU are the only party responsible for any damages and consequences that may arise from information you provide on this website. If you don't feel comfortable entering or using certain information, don't enter and don't use it! This includes EEOC/Affirmative action questionnaire included in some job applications. Answers are strictly voluntary and don't affect submission process. If you have access to such information through DandyProject.com, you are the only party that will be held responsible for how this information is used. We also do NOT guarantee that this website will function in the way you expect/want it to function and will not bear any responsibility arising from you using the website.

Upon registration completion DandyProject will show your full name as your display name, however you are able to change your display name if you don't want to show your full name. Any personal information you will provide in any postings, including but not limited to job posting, resume or cover letter, may be made available to other Users. By providing this information you agree to be solely responsible for any consequences this may lead to.
Some information you make available to us may identify your nationality, ethnic origin, religion or other aspects of your private life and information about you. By registering on the Website and providing this information you agree to the Terms of Use agreement and this Privacy Policy and understand that you are providing this information at your own will. DandyProject will not be responsible or held liable for the consequences that sharing of this information may cause. You have a right to withdraw your consent at any time for any or no reason. Any information that was provided to us prior to withdrawal of consent may be used in accordance with Terms of Use agreement and Privacy Policy that were in effect prior to withdrawal of consent.
In addition your profile will display your User Rating (merely a counter of how many qualifying postings you have posted) and Kudos earned (how many times other Users indicated that they liked any of your postings).
When contacting us using the Contact Us link on the website you may be asked to provide your name and email address. This information is optional and the only reason we ask for it is to make sure we would be able to get back to you. We will also record your membership number for customer service purposes.
None of the communication means on the Website are encrypted or secured. Any information you share thorough these means may become available to a third party. You are sharing this information at your own will and will be solely responsible for the risk of sharing any personal or sensitive information.
